We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a welcoming environment for both residents, prospects and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote an eco-friendly environment.
• Respond promptly to requests from management or residents regarding cleaning or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations throughout the community.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
