Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction while maintaining property standards and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of property management practices.
Duties
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive living or working environment.
- Oversee property maintenance, coordinating repairs and improvements while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize property management software such as Entrata for data entry, lease tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify necessary maintenance or upgrades.
- Collaborate with asset teams to promote available units and increase occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, tenant communications, and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of property management.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience in Class A wrap style or high rise required.
- Local knowledge and experience in Uptown Dallas.
- Affordable experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
