The Kentucky Oaks Mall is actively seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance Superintendent to join our dedicated team. In This Role, You Will
- Ensures the highest quality housekeeping, maintenance, and repair practices are consistently implemented across the property
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendent in the day-to-day operations of the property, overseeing all phases of maintenance for common areas, including buildings and grounds, while directly supervising external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance agreements
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendent in identifying maintenance needs for the property’s common areas.
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendent with key property systems and infrastructure, including roadways, parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, doors, furniture, restrooms, landscaping, floors, lighting, HVAC systems, stormwater management systems, and roof systems

- Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance processes and techniques
- A solid understanding of corporate standards for shopping centers, with a proven ability to meet and exceed those standards
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively

- Possession of a valid driver’s license

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on construction sites, and navigate uneven terrain or building roofs safely and efficiently
