- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming guests, managing waitlists, and seating them promptly and courteously.
- Taking Orders: Accurately taking food and beverage orders, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clearing Tables: Removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keeping the dining area, bar, and other front-of-house areas clean and tidy.
- Operating Point-of-Sale Systems: Utilizing POS systems to process transactions, handle payments, and manage inventory.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work on Sundays.
