Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality service.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all areas meet health regulations.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and shift management techniques.
- Experience in quick service fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
- Background in catering or food production is a plus.
