Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Baristas to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable coffee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a knack for multitasking, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Pay is based on experience and no experience needed if you are a quick learner. We have 3 locations, Holden Beach, Supply and at Midway Commons on HWY 211. Pay depends on experience, starting pay for no experience during training starts at $8.50.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty drinks and coffee, to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate a cash register and manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Utilize retail math skills to handle cash, make change, and balance the register.
- Familiarize oneself with the Clover POS system and accurately process orders.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain knowledge of food industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.
Skills:
- Proficiency with a cash register and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong understanding of food handling and food safety guidelines.
- Basic math skills for managing cash and making change.
