Corporate cafes and caterer in Rutherford is searching for passionate, high-energy office help with excellent customer service skills, with Food service experience to join our team.
Potential candidates must speak and write English fluently
Have good written, verbal, phone, and computer skills
Duties include but are not limited to;
Catering Sales,
Good A/P and A/R skills and knowledge of Quicbooks, Google drive.
Create and Manage Email Marketing
Create and maintain all daily printed menus,
Knowledge Food cost experience is a plus
Assisting our finance department with all invoices payable-receivable and questions related to orders.
Collaborating with team members to continually improve and optimize the order management process
Must have a valid driver's license
Office hours 8 am- 4:30 pm Monday-Friday
