Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell additional items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices in food service environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
