We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our opening team at Café Fiorello DC. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a legendary New York institution’s next chapter.
What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a front-of-house team dedicated to excellence in guest experience.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and staff efficiency.

Who You Are:

A seasoned hospitality professional with 3 years of management experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants.

Passionate about food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a big plus.
