Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea beverages and other beverages including alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing assistance with menu selections and answering any questions they may have.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for coffee and food preparation is highly desirable.
