- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Teamwork and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
