We are seeking a talented Barista to join the Cafe Lift Haddonfield team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Brewing coffee and tea daily throughout the shift
- Operating our espresso machine and producing coffee drinks in a timely manner
- Serving guests at our 4-seat Counter
- Preparing large batches of cold brew coffee, chai, and other beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Rotating stock to ensure product freshness
- Ownership of station
- Communicating with colleagues and management
