Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in dessert menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pastries and baked goods.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Train new pastry staff on cooking techniques and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes that enhance the dining experience.
