Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the cash register system.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions to guests, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring proper food handling and hygiene standards are met.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Skills
