Server/Cashier

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be skilled in food preparation and cash handling. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations, including proper sanitation of work areas.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, providing accurate change and maintaining cash register integrity.
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling regulations is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
