- Assisting front of house with station needs

- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
```Experience```
- Previous experience in sales, food service, or retail is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Understanding of the food industry and its trends
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
