What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Caffe Aldo Lamberti?
Caffe Aldo Lamberti is currently hiring Bartenders (part-time and full-time) with at least 3 years of fine dining experience. Applicants should have a flexible schedule and be dependable, enthusiastic and professional. Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. References required. Wine & mixology knowledge and Toast experience a plus, although not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create new seasonal cocktails and mocktails
- Efficient bar set-up, prep and cleaning
- Serving bar guests with the highest hospitality standards
- Follow and enforce standards and procedures
- Strong knowledge of the food menu
Qualifications:
- Required 3 years of bartending experience
- Preferably has mixology experience
- Availability to work mornings, nights and weekends
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work within a team
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Toast is preferred but not required
