Position Summary
The Wholesale & Education Manager plays a critical role in expanding and maintaining our wholesale partnerships while also leading our internal and external coffee education programs. This individual will drive sales, manage key accounts, and ensure that our wholesale clients, baristas, and the public receive top-tier training in coffee brewing, espresso preparation, latte art, and Seed to Cup education. The ideal candidate is a passionate coffee professional with a strong background in sales, training, and specialty coffee knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Sales & Account Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the wholesale program, identifying and securing new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing consultation to wholesale clients on equipment, coffee selection, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the roasting and production team to ensure seamless fulfillment of wholesale orders.
- Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Education & Training:
- Develop and conduct training programs for internal staff, wholesale clients, and the public.
- Lead workshops on espresso fundamentals, latte art, brewing techniques, and Seed to Cup knowledge.
- Maintain and refine training materials to align with industry standards and company goals.
- Work closely with baristas and wholesale partners to improve coffee quality and consistency.
- Organize and execute public coffee education classes and events.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, integrating new techniques and knowledge into training programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 3 years of experience in specialty coffee, with a background in wholesale sales and/or training.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and latte art techniques.
• Experience managing wholesale accounts, including sales, customer service, and technical support.
• Proven ability to develop and lead engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with coffee roasting and Seed to Cup concepts is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally as needed for training and client support.
