- Develop and conduct customer service and care training, focusing on:

- Retention: Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Plan and execute seasonal drink specials and promotions
- Manage weekly vendor orders to ensure the café is stocked with all necessary supplies
- Oversee staff scheduling and shift management to ensure smooth café operations
- Ensure the café maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics to resolve any operational issues
- Cover shifts and assist with orders when needed
- Conduct performance reviews for staff members
2. Baristas:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain knowledge of the seasonal drink menu and recommend items to customers
- Ensure cleanliness of the barista station and equipment
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with other team members
