What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fuel Services Technician position at CAFS Inc?
Job Duties:
30 year Family Owned Service Company seeks individual looking to learn more about aviation and aviation fueling. Previous aviation, fueling or POL experience helpful. UST certifications a plus.
- Conducts or assists with daily/weekly onsite UST inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
- Performs daily/weekly inventory of bulk fuel tanks and trucks.
- Delivers and receives fuel to and from customer tanks and vendor trucks, as required.
- Maintains a working knowledge of ATA 103 quality control and other industry specific instructions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Possess and maintain valid state drivers’ license with a good driving record.
- Previous experience in fuel service or equivalent a plus but not required.
- Physically able to perform frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing actions.
- Physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform job duties outside and in extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
