Job Title: Production Cleaner and Stocker

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Production Cleaner and Stocker at our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the production area while also ensuring that stock levels are adequately maintained. Your primary focus will be to promote a safe and hygienic working environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work surfaces according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the production area, including floors, walls, ceilings, and storage areas.
• Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for waste, garbage, and recycling.
• Stock and replenish supplies, raw materials, and packaging materials as needed to support uninterrupted production.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply for production operations.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality control standards and assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Participate in training programs related to safety, sanitation, and proper handling of equipment and materials.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment used in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
