Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, highly skilled and detail-oriented Command and Control (C2) Network Systems Engineer to support the Program Executive Office to support the Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO). This office is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army’s Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system. This is a full-time, Government-site position.

Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, highly skilled and detail-oriented Command and Control (C2) Network Systems Engineer to support the Program Executive Office to support the Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO). This office is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army’s Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system. This is a full-time, Government-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability
- Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the MRC Battery Operations Center
- 10% travel is anticipated
- BS in Science or Engineering
- 10 years of experience in systems engineering
- 5 years of experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM
- Experience in network/IP configurations management
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development
- Experience with Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS), Aegis Weapon System (AWS), the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), and the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)
- Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems)
- Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors
- Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria
