Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person with the experience and skills to assemble commercial office furniture. This position also has the opportunity to be part of a team that erects interior glass walls all over the Southeast. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various types of furniture in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of furniture assembly techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install furniture pieces according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize tools and equipment, including a drill gun and other tools to complete tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service during installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and materials are accounted for at the end of each job.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects within designated timelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing installation tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise during installations.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
Experience:
- Furniture installation: 2 years (Preferred)
