Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary BILINGUAL Project Manager to lead diverse projects and drive outstanding results. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a variety of challenging projects while fostering a collaborative team environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our high-end remodeling projects, precise roofing jobs, and crucial restoration efforts following water or fire damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on high-end remodeling, roofing, and water/fire restoration.
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project teams and upper management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, efficiently allocating resources and coordinating team efforts.
- Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

- Proven project management skills with a background in construction, restoration, or related fields.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for team-building and staff development.
