Full-time Maintenance Technician Needed for Jasper and Ballground Area
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Jasper and Ballground areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing service requests, diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
Must supply tools and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and management standards.
- Assess vacant units and restore them to make ready conditions.
- Assess all physical aspects of the site on a routine basis to include, but not limited to, HVAC systems, windows, siding, roofs, exterior lighting, water leaks and breezeways.
