- You undergo a robust onboarding experience to understand our construction management processes, the tools we use, and our company culture
- You continue to ramp up your skills from ongoing trainings, workshops, and jobsite tours throughout the summer
- You build relationships with our Executive Leadership team and other employees at Cahill through Lunch & Learns
- You will bond with other interns and employees at trainings, sporting events, and volunteering opportunities
What You’ll Do:
- Work as an integral member of our team making it happen
- Be onsite, boots on the ground, to help our team with challenges and problem-solving
- Demonstrate our Safety Above All Else core value by working closely with our Superintendents and Project Management
- Gain first-hand experience with key construction management tools, techniques, and processes, including RFIs, submittals, subcontractor management, site logistics, schedule, and more
- Learn the skills needed to be successful in the construction industry
The base hourly range for this non-exempt role is targeted at $27.50.
