Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, particularly seniors, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, diligence, and empathy.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Medication reminders.
• Clean and maintain a safe and hygienic environment in the client's home.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager.
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in caregiving, home health, or senior care commensurate training/certification.
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Maintaining client dignity and privacy.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others lead fulfilling lives.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to pass CORI (criminal background) and drug screen.
