TITLE: Pipefitter I
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is considered to be an entry level laborer position that has limited to no experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry or pipe install. This position is responsible for the less technical work on the job site such as carrying equipment, assisting in pipe install and maintaining the cleanliness of the site. This technician does not function unsupervised in any situation.

- General site clean-up.
- General knowledge of wet-side commercial applications and design preferred but not required.
- Assist in the lay out, assembly, install, and maintenance of HVAC piping systems.
- Assist in the repair and replacement of piping systems, pipe supports, and equipment for heating/cooling commercial applications.
- Document work by completing paperwork and backup documentation.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
- Work to increase personal growth and knowledge of piping and wet-side HVAC applications.
- Self-starter, high energy level.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.
