What You’ll Do:
With guidance, performs basic estimation duties, including Inspecting vehicles for body, detail and mechanic needs
Develops positive working relationships with Estimation team members, allied teams and customers.
Developing repair or reconditioning estimations, including parts and labor, assisting team members with part purchase / pricing detail and communication,
Placing work orders with repair and/or reconditioning teams,
Monitoring work progress,
Verifying accuracy and completeness of work once complete,
Documenting and updating records.
Visibly demonstrates safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Actively participates in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence
Who You Are
You know how to get things done and your work ethic speaks for itself — plus, your eye for detail is unmatched. Here’s what else you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum:
A high school diploma or GED and generally less than 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organizational skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs (e.g. tools, equipment)
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles
Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
Preferred:
Mechanical Knowledge is a plus.
