What You'll Do:
Arbitration Management: Oversee daily arbitration lists for Phoenix and Tucson, ensuring smooth operations.
Inspection Coordination: Enter inspections in VCF, update Salesforce notes, and manage dealership send-outs.
Email Handling: Respond to arbitration emails from various auctions, coordinating inspections, estimates, and rechecks.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement changes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Collaboration: Work with reporting to facilitate cooperation across all recon shops (Mech, Body, Cert, etc.).
Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues, providing accurate and friendly service.
Data Entry: Perform data entry in AS 400 and other systems as needed.
Account Management: Maintain effective communications and ensure customer requirements are met.
Inventory Management: Maintain and communicate office inventory and ordering.
Safety Excellence: Support all safety activities and champion company values.
Professional Growth: Set an example in behavior, championing company values and ensuring respectful treatment of all employees.
Who You Are:
Your knack for identifying and developing solutions will drive process efficiencies and transparency, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
Minimum:
A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years office experience required.
Strong communication and interaction skills required.
Effective and competent supervisory, office management, and organizational skills required.
Good computer and software knowledge, including AS400 essential.
Must be well-organized, thorough, and attentive to details.
Must be a self-starter able to work problems through to successful completion.
Must be team-oriented, pleasant, and professional. Must be willing to work closely with others, often under tight time constraints.
Ability to work well with others and maintain focus and productivity under compressed deadlines is required.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Preferred:
Experience in the automobile industry or the Auction business preferred.
