Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.18 - $28.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site.

• Perform repairs and general maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical & vacuum systems.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.

• Perform carpentry work in the repair and maintenance of buildings, offices, etc.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and comply with applicable safety rules.

• Keep current with on-line work order system and assigned tasks.

• Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment, such as truck, golf cart, and fork lift.

• Operate power equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.

• Ensure all equipment is working correctly and under standards for Reconditioning Department.

• Ensure all Maintenance areas of buildings are kept clean.

• Empty trash containers when needed to assist with cleanup.

• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.

• Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies, etc.

• May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

• Work environment: Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts hazard, electric shock hazard, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Moderate noise level.

*Schedule: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 12 PM MST may be subject to change.

Minimum Requirements:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
