Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Worker to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities in El Cajon, CA. This position will be Full-Time and Onsite .
What You’ll Do
Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, specifications, and documentation
Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Collaborate with team members to enhance facility operations
What You'll Need
Required:
High school graduate or equivalent education and experience.
Previous facility maintenance experience.
Experience in manufacturing environments performing industrial maintenance.
Physical Demands
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. with occasional heavier lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to climb a ladder and work off elevated aerial platforms.
Walk and stand during entire shift.
Utilize tools, materials, and equipment according to safety and operational principles and practices
