We are looking for an
RPA Business Analyst
to elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects. This position will be
full-time
remote.
What Youll Do
As an RPA Business Analyst(UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.

What You'll Need
Required :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, and a minimum of 5 years as an RPA BA.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with process modelling and workflow automation tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
