Are you skilled at analyzing real estate expenses, reducing costs, and maximizing cash flow? Do you have experience identifying inefficiencies and negotiating better contracts to improve profitability? If so, we need YOU to help us!
Who We Are:
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on long-term wealth building through rental properties, short-term rentals, fix & flips, and wholesaling. We work with a third-party property management company to handle day-to-day operations, but we need someone to oversee financial performance, optimize expenses, and ensure every property is as profitable as possible.
What Youβll Be Responsible For:

Expense Reduction & Contract Optimization: Review contracts with our property management company, maintenance vendors, and utility providers to identify and negotiate cost-saving opportunities.

Utility Optimization: Analyze utility expenses across all properties and work with management to implement high-efficiency solutions (LED bulbs, low-flow water fixtures, smart thermostats, etc.). Also to look in to RUBS programs and research the legality of them and implement RUBS strategies on applicable properties

Short-Term & Mid-Term Rental Profitability: Monitor Airbnb/short-term rental financials, track occupancy trends, and suggest pricing or operational improvements.

Financial Performance Analysis: Regularly review income and expense reports, flag any underperforming properties, and develop action plans for improvement.

Property & Vendor Oversight: Ensure that management is keeping repair and maintenance costs in check and that vendors are providing cost-effective services.

Operational Efficiency: Work with property managers to implement automation tools and process improvements that reduce costs and increase revenue.

Identifying Value-Add Opportunities: Suggest renovations, amenity additions, or alternative income streams that can enhance cash flow.
What Weβre Looking For:
πΉ Proven experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or cost optimization
πΉ Strong understanding of rental property financials, operational efficiencies, and cash flow management
πΉ Experience identifying cost-saving measures and negotiating vendor contracts
πΉ Familiarity with utility management and energy efficiency solutions
πΉ Ability to analyze financial reports and track key performance metrics
πΉ Self-starter mindset β comfortable working independently and making data-driven decisions
πΉ Knowledge of real estate investment strategies like BRRRR, value-add investing, and short-term rentals is a plus
