We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Short-Term Rental Revenue Manager to help grow our short-term rental business and maximize revenue across our properties in Green Bay, Door County, and Seminole, Florida. Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Revenue & Occupancy – Optimize pricing through manual adjustments based on demand, seasonality, and competition. Implement revenue-generating strategies to increase bookings and profits.
- Calendar & Booking Management – Oversee and manage booking schedules to minimize vacancies and ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
- Guest Experience & Property Enhancements – Identify and develop experience packages (e.g., local tours, dining partnerships) to attract more bookings and enhance guest stays.
- Quality Control & Housekeeping Coordination – Work closely with cleaning teams to ensure properties meet 5-star cleanliness standards and resolve any guest issues promptly.
- Property Improvements – Assess and recommend upgrades or amenities that will enhance guest experience and increase property value.
- Market Research & Strategy – Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and guest feedback to refine marketing and pricing strategies.
- Autonomous Problem Solving – Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions without waiting for direction.
