What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Caillier Clinic Ltd?
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities will be varied and include obtaining service authorizations from contracting entities, entering them into our practice management system, and billing for services rendered. As well as, completing insurance provider credentialing forms and cross training on receptionist and bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Paid holidays and one week of vacation during the first year. Merit raises available. Health insurance available after 30 days.
