Job Description:
The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the office. This individual will ensure that all office needs are met and that the needs of our clients are met. The Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Qualifications
- Great customer service and multitasking skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
- Proficient of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bookkeeping and general office operation experience necessary
Responsibilities
Office:
- Answer phones
- Scheduling
- Email communications
- Generate lead sheets in excel, estimates and job tickets
- Filing and organizing; mostly done through OneDrive
- Ordering and communicating with suppliers and vendors
- Light marketing and RFP submitting
- Payroll every Wednesday morning
Accounting:
- Manage customer accounts in QuickBooks
- AR, AP, invoicing, sales tax, generate weekly cash flow analysis, production reports and other financial statements such as P&L and Balance sheet
- Monthly documentation of employee 401k to be sent to Edward Jones
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly financial responsibilities are completed with detail, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Technical
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Knowledge preferred in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Willingness to learn programs such as Awning Tracker and Awning Composer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
