Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products and services tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in direct sales with a focus on outside or territory sales.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Experience in B2B sales environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to manage accounts effectively while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
