Cain Petroleum is a third-generation family business headquartered in Portland, OR. Over half of our management team has been with our organization 10 years or longer. We are a stable and growing organization looking for individuals interested in long term relationships and professional growth.
We are looking for light booking and general office help at our corporate office located in the John's Landing neighborhood of Portland. This position involves work that requires light bookkeeping experience as well as receptionist duties.
Job longevity is a plus.
The ideal candidate will:
-Enjoy working with numbers and have 10-key experience
-Be detail oriented, reliable, enjoy multi-tasking and work as part of a team
-Have 2 years light bookkeeping and general office experience
Additional duties of this position will include:
-Auditing/inventory management of daily books
-Answering/making phone calls when needed
-Customer Service
-Entering data into our back office systems, spreadsheets, etc
-Filing
-Copying, faxing, miscellaneous office duties
-While performing the duties of this position, the employee may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and crouch.
