Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate staff members; take messages.
- Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to staff as required.
- Assist with coordinating and supporting lunches and social events as needed.
- Maintain and update the company calendar to ensure appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
- Perform errands, such as picking up lunches, restocking drinks and snacks for the office.
- Handle basic filing and maintain organized records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical processes and systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
