The Data Specialist opening is with Elite Dental Alliance. ELITE is the nation's largest purchasing platform built for the independent dental practice. With ELITE's Advocacy Team, dentists have access to expert guidance to help with making buying decisions, selecting the right vendors, and ensuring practices have everything they need to be successful.
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, we are seeking a skilled and adaptable Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The Data Specialist will initially focus on pulling reports and understanding data usage across various departments, with the potential to evolve into a more structured data management position as we transition our information into a database system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports for different departments
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their data needs and usage patterns
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the planning and implementation of data migration to a centralized database system
- Contribute to the design and optimization of data structures as we evolve our data management practices
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulations

Work Environment
This is an in-office, full-time, non-exempt position. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. Location and hours will vary based on management decisions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and bend or stand, as necessary.
