Summary / Objective
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Director is responsible for complete oversight of the finance department, providing strategic financial input to firm leadership, and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our Firm.
Essential Functions
- Manage a team of at least five Associates
- Provide the leadership group with monthly financial reporting and relevant company KPI's
- Establish processes and procedures to enhance the department's overall effectiveness
- Execute the financial strategy of the company
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
- Ensure the company remains compliant with all tax filing requirements
- Endure the company remains compliant with bank covenants and reporting requirements

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval. The ability to work remotely is allowed based on management's approval.

Compensation
Minimum : $175,000 - Maximum : $190,000
