We are building a dynamic call center team and seeking a talented High-Volume Call Center Recruiter to play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center hiring needs, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring alignment with position requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet fast-paced hiring demands.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, virtual hiring events, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate quality, to optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a call center environment.
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of workforce planning and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus, but not required.
