Sorting center supervisor

Job description：

1. Miami sorting center management, 12H outbound rate, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, shift arrangement, issue solving etc.

2.Be in charge of the operation at Miami port for all importing shipments and all port-related business;

3. Be responsible for managing the shipments from linehaul landing to the delivery to the last mile partner.

4. Be responsible for truck network arrangement and ensure an on-time performance of trucking operation.

requirements:

1.Previous experience with sorting center operations, prefered in last mile delivery industry;

2.Able to mange a team fo 10-15 workers;

3.Able to work on a flexible schedule;

4.Strong problem solving ability in reagarding with onsite operations;

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

6.Fluent in and English;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
