Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks aimed at promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
• Monitor client health by observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support clients with autism or other disabilities by implementing personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients in nursing homes or home settings.

Experience

• Previous experience in senior care or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with medication administration and patient monitoring techniques is advantageous.
• A background in nursing or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while maintaining safety protocols.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
