Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Provide superior support and service to external and internal customers through accurate processing of orders, responding to product and service inquiries, requests and/or problems through comprehensive information gathering, excellent communication skills and inter-departmental relationships.
Essential Functions

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Ensure all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to relevant departments when necessary.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Update and maintain customer accounts with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and improve customer service processes.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer service-related position in a fast-paced environment.

Bi-lingual skills preferred (Spanish, French, German, or Italian)
