Responsibilities
- Support Platform Operations across Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post-Trade phases, delivering timely and professional support to clients and partners.
- Facilitate and manage projects from initiation to completion independently, anticipating resource needs, and communicating project status and risks proactively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Research, Marketing, Product, Operations, Client Service, and Technology to define requirements, develop solutions like dashboards, reports, and process automation, and support new solution deliveries.
- Conduct business and data analysis to troubleshoot issues, support data-driven decision-making, and optimize operations through innovative solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, and use project tracking tools to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, and provide clear and proactive communication to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop expertise in CAIS platforms and investment products, and contribute to special projects as needed based on skills and interests.

CAIS' compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
