As our HubSpot Manager, you will have the chance to work on innovative campaigns, oversee and improve workflows, and work closely with our team to ensure the project goals are met. As well as provide day-to-day HubSpot support for staff, addressing day-to-day troubleshooting issues.

HubSpot CRM:
- Oversee the full utilization of HubSpot CRM, including data maintenance, contact management, and reporting.
- Customize HubSpot to align with business processes, including workflows, templates, and pipeline setups.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., email marketing, SMS, and reporting tools).
Automation & Process Optimization:
- Create and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze current processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency using HubSpot’s tools and features.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on key CRM metrics (e.g., sales funnel health, campaign performance).
- Work with the leadership team to derive insights and develop action plans from CRM data.
Training & Support:
- Train staff on best practices for HubSpot usage and provide ongoing support.
- Create documentation and guides for internal use of HubSpot functionalities.
Client Management Support:
- Help account managers and consultants leverage the CRM to track client projects, communications, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure HubSpot supports lead generation, nurturing, and client retention efforts.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, including customization, automation, and reporting.
- Experience in a sales or education environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM tools, including marketing, sales, and service hubs.
- Ability to create and optimize workflows, templates, and reports.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and trends.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, data imports/exports, and API usage.
- Experience using HubSpot to support marketing and sales campaigns is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and an ability to work independently in a small team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
