What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher (Fine Arts Emphasis) position at Cajon Valley Union School District?
Job Summary
The California State Preschool Program (CSPP) Teacher will be assigned to the preschool program and will be responsible for planning and implementing an art and music program for all preschool classes in the District.
The ideal candidate will have skill in teaching children of preschool age; knowledge of child psychology, child development, and preschool curriculum; the ability to successfully plan and carry out a program of education appropriate to the preschool level child; and, experience in implementing a fine arts program to include music and art for preschool children.
Requirements / Qualifications
Child Development Permit (Teacher level or higher) issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (A multiple subject credential is acceptable as long as your bachelor's degree is in Child Development.)
