What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Teacher (Mild / Moderate) position at Cajon Valley Union School District?
Job Summary
Education Specialists work collaboratively with general education teachers and administrators to accommodate and / or modify core curriculum and provide evidence-based interventions for students based on IEP goals. Instruction takes place in the Least Restrictive Environment. Ed. Specialists work with a variety of students who may need specialized academic instruction for up to 100% of their school day. Setting may include co-teaching, Learning Center Model, intensive small-group intervention, and / or self-contained for the majority of the day. Willingness / desire to teach in inclusive school communities is essential.

- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters required)
